Archer Extraordinaire

Last night (Friday night) we went out with Teddy, Christine, Nizar, Tom (Teddy’s brother) and Nick (Tom’s little one) for a night filled with Archery. I was a little hesitant at first…thinking it wouldn’t be fun, I would suck, and I would be constantly reminded that people really participate in archery for hunting purposes only. Turns out, after about 10 minutes of instruction from a nice lady named Debbie, I really had a fun time. I wasn’t TOO good, but I did get two bulls eyes on my own target and one on Austin’s too! I’d NEVER go hunting, but I enjoyed learning the technique and trying my best to try to hit the small small target! I’d definitely go again, maybe not next week but I had fun.

Today we are going to lunch with Austin’s grandparents. They are taking us to the Olive Garden to celebrate our belated birthdays. Yum. I ALWAYS get the same thing at the Olive Garden, the lunch sized chicken parmesan (although I never eat the spaghetti that comes with it) with unlimited salad and breadsticks. Yum. Can’t wait!
