We just hired a new senior level manager for my office. I will start reporting to her. Yea, except it's really not becuase she is a micro manager. NOOOOOOOOOOOOO. She has been here a day only so far and I'm already pulling my hair out.

I hate people like that! I always feel that they must not have enough of their own work to do if they're spending that much time checking up on other people.
