In my desire to try to cook at home more often and eat more healthy and go out to dinner less, I have been looking for lots of easy new recipes I can cook after work. I've re-discovered my crock pot and am liking the ease of coming home and dinner is already ready. One of my issues is I HATE HATE HATE leftovers. I'd rather not eat than eat leftovers. Dum I know but...
So tonight I tried this recipe from Kraft Foods. It wasn't great. It had some potential, and I loved the broccoli in it but it just lacked something. Not sure quite what. It was pretty easy, but I wouldn't make it again.

We've made that! But without the broccoli, of course. :) But we like easy, and it's fairly healthy.
I never used a crockpot until last month. My husband got one as a wedding present at his first wedding 30 years ago (ha!) and I dug it out. Since then I've been using it a lot. Tomorrow we are having lemon garlic chicken and potatoes in it. Yum! Yum!
