that house sold

Wow. I blogged about our neighbors who put their house on the market a few weeks ago after living in it for 7 months, becasue their commute was too stressful. Turns out they have a contract on it already, it only took 9 days to sell. WTH. It was priced right, but there is a house right next to it which is still owned by the builder which is bigger and has a better layout and it is STILL for sale. I just don't get the real estate market. But I'm happy for them...hopefully they find what they are looking for.
