I am a baking fool tonight. I am attending a bridal shower for Austin's best friend and am making two cakes, peanut butter cookies, and tortilla pinwheels for the shower. One cake is almost done baking, another cake is ready to go in the oven, and I am waiting for my mixing bowl to finish cleaning in the dishwasher and then I can do the pinwheels.
