On another note, the news reported today that we have have had 14 days of 90 degrees or higher temperatures. The record of the most days above 90 degrees in a row is 18. It's been a hot one so far, not much fun at all.
Yuck Yuck Yuck. This is why every year right around this time Austin and I kick around the idea of moving to Seattle. Mind you, we have jobs here and two houses that would never sell. But the climate is sure appealing (the housing costs not so much).

Even though I have my fingers crossed that I don't have to move to Seattle, their weather sure does sound fantastic right about now.
I think the biggest concern I have right now - ok, second after leaving my family - is our house. Our area finally succumbed to falling prices, just like the rest of CO and we're concerned that we couldn't sell our house AND pay realtor fees without losing money. It would suck if that was the deciding factor in moving or not.
